Studio Policies
Private Property Policy
Please leave all valuables at home. In order to protect your valuables from product exposure or loss, I ask that you do not bring them to your appointments. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Scheduled Appointment Policy
I reserve the right to move, change, or cancel any and all appointments made. I will do my absolute best to notify you as soon as possible if any changes need to be made. This is the reason I request all of your information, in the case that I need to notify you!
Lateness Policy
If you are 15 minutes or later, we will have to reschedule your appointment. I work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Acommodating late guests is very difficult to do without distrupting every other guests schedule that day. Please be aware that in the unfortunate event you are late, I cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. It may also result in an incomplete service and affect the quality of your service. I cannot and will not rush perfection! More than 15 minutes late will be considered a "no show". Please refer to my Cancellation Policy and No Show Policy below. Please remember that your appointments are reserved for you and only you. These policies are in place to provide the best service possible.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
A minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation is always encouraged and greatly appreciated. This allows me to contact someone on my waiting list so they can take that spot.
24-48 hours notice will incur a 25% of service total booked fee. (Ex. If your service booked costs $100, you will have to pay a $25 fee)
24 hours or less notice will incur a 50% of service total booked fee. (Ex. If your service booked costs $100, you will have to pay a $50 fee)
Same day cancellation or no show will incur a 100% of service total booked fee.
Please understand that this is my business and how I make a living.
I understand that life happens and emergencies can come up, I will work my best to work with you, however if last minute cancellations or no shows become a habit, I will have to enforce this policy and this could also lead to not being allowed to book with me again in the future.
As a courtesy, my booking system sends out reminders prior to your appointments. Please understand that it is also your responsibility to remember your appointments, in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.
"VIP" convenience fees are not refundable.

Child Safety Policy
I kindly request that ONLY those receiving services be present. While this policy also ensures that guests are enjoying a relaxing experience, it was also created with your child's safety in mind. My studio is not child proof. Sharp instruments, hot wax, and chemicals make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. I cannot be held responsible for injuries in my studio as a result of unsupervised children. I am writing this policy without the intent of offending (as I have children as well and understand how it is) but my main concern is for the safety of your child and I hope you will aid me in keeping my studio a safe environment.
Pet Policy
Unfortunately you will have to leave your pets at home when you visit me.
It is against health standards to have them in areas where services are being performed. I also have to respect my clients who may not be as comfortable around them.
Service animals are an exception, however please let me know in advance so I can arrange a time where I know we will not run into another guest being in the studio.
Payment
I accept Cash, Credit cards, Debit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Pay Pal.
I do not carry change, so please plan accordingly.
